Big changes are happening at Piccadily Distilleries. “We’re trying new things – exploring new markets and new ways of working,” says Founder Siddharth Sharma in an interview with The CEO Magazine. “We have a team that’s open to learning, and sometimes, they even teach us. It’s all part of the learning journey.”

Before 2008, Piccadily mainly focused on producing alcohol. But things changed when the Chairman at the time came up with the idea to move into premium products. That decision helped the company gain global recognition.
