India’s travel retail sector is growing fast. It's expected to reach USD 2.47 billion by 2025 and could grow to USD 6.56 billion by 2030, with a yearly growth rate of 21.59%. At New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, 70% of the total income now comes from non-aeronautical sources. Out of this, 34% comes from food, beverage, retail, and duty-free outlets — showing just how important shopping and dining have become in travel spaces.
